Cybercell is the project for the end of my first year.
It's a game set in a futuristic universe, being a Die & Retry that aims to make death really punishing, adding a dimension of higher difficulty than other games.
The game involves traversing a multitude of rooms until you reach the boss and complete the various levels.
I was Gameplay Programmer and Level Designer on this project.
Here, the original plan was to use procedural generation for the different rooms, with random appearances of enemies and traps, but as this was too complicated to achieve in the time allotted, it was scaled back and instead, I decided to make "pre-fabricated" rooms to design the different levels.
